Office to Luxury Apartment Conversion – 18 Apartments

This was our most ambitious project to date, involving the complete transformation of a former commercial building into a high-end residential development. Originally made up of two separate office units, the property was fully redeveloped and converted into 18 luxury apartments, offering a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes.

The Project

The development required a careful balance of renovating the existing structure while also significantly increasing usable space through a major rear extension. Every stage of the build was managed with a focus on quality, precision and long-term durability, ensuring the final result met modern standards while delivering a premium feel throughout.

Scope of Works

Works included:

  • Full internal renovation of the existing building

  • Construction of a rear extension to expand the footprint and improve layout potential

  • Complete reconfiguration to create 18 self-contained apartments

  • High-quality internal finishes across all living spaces

  • Delivery of an impressive communal entrance and lobby area

High-Spec Finishes

A key focus of this project was achieving a consistently high standard throughout, from private living areas to the shared spaces. Each apartment was completed with premium finishes, including:

  • High-end kitchen installations

  • Luxury bathroom fittings and tiling

  • Well-finished bedrooms designed for modern living

  • High-level detailing across flooring, joinery and final finishes

The communal areas were completed to the same standard, with a welcoming and professional lobby space that sets the tone for the development as soon as residents enter the building.

The Result

The final outcome is a stunning conversion that has successfully turned a dated commercial property into a modern residential development of 18 luxury apartments, maximising space, improving functionality, and delivering a premium standard throughout.
